Deposit is 50% of rental fee due at signing.

Venue Includes:


  • Accommodates up to 360 seated guests

  • 8,000 SF Venue & surrounding grounds provide a relaxed atmosphere

  • Tables & Chairs set up for both indoor and/or outdoor event

  • Classroom, Theater or Banquet style seating available

  • Round (5’), Rectangle (8’) and hi top tables; and 360 wooden chairs available inside

  • Additional 360 chairs available for outdoor events (small rental fee)

  • Custom made wooden tables available (2-8’ and 1-6’)

  • Loft for casual conversation

  • In-house PA system including 4 microphones (3 wireless, 1 handheld)

  • Audio/visual system including 3 linked 70” TVs for slideshows/videos

  • WiFi available

  • All beverages (soda, tea, beer, wine, and liquor) must be purchased on site, not included in rental price

  • Staffed Bar (2 staff included in rental price), small fee for additional bar staff

  • Client choice of licensed caterer and use of Catering & Vendor staging areas

  • Outdoor patio with fire pit for your enjoyment

  • AC & Heated Floors

  • Single story accessibility

  • Separate drop-off site for shuttle buses and limos

  • On Site staff help direct vendors (catering, music, etc.) and maintain property

Additional Options

  • Additional staff can be hired at $25/hour per staff member to help throughout your event (2 hour minimum per person)
