Indoor Ceremony Options

OPTION 1: We call this the “Church Look”. Tables are dressed and pushed to the sides and chairs are set up in rows. This works best for guest counts 250 and less. Estimated flip time is 15 mins.                

OPTION 2: This indoor ceremony option has the guests sitting at their tables, chairs turned with an aisle created down the middle. If you have above 250 guests, this will be your only indoor option.

Outdoor Ceremony

Outdoor ceremony includes arch that you may decorate at your leisure. Seating up to 400 guests.

Head Table Options

U Shape Head Table. Can fit the most people.

Straight Across Head Table. Bridal party is facing forward.

T Shape head table. Bridal party facing each other and the couple at the top.

Sweetheart table with long tables on the sides. Couple sits in the middle, bridesmaids and groomsmen sit on sides. Sweetheart table without the wedding party: 36'' round or 6ft.
